RETURNS
Full=price and regular sale merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
All items being returned must be in original condition, unworn and with original tags intact. If such items are returned, that do not meet this requirement, they will be returned to you.
Kingsbury Lane reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy. All returns must conform to the guidelines of our return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Pack your return merchandise securely and include a copy of your original packing slip.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All online returns will include a $10.00 shipping fee deducted from the total of your refund. You may opt to use an insured delivery service, however, Kingsburylane.com cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.

Do you provide International delivery?

How do I track my order?
When your order is marked as ship we will send you an email with all of your tracking information. As always, if you have any questions please just send us a note.
How can I contact your couriers?
You may contact them directly with all of the tracking information we will provide to you.
What are your delivery options?
Our preferred delivery option is usually priority first class with USPS. Should you require an alternative shipping method we ask that you communicate your wishes at time of purchase.
